Protocol Builder works alongside your EMR. It helps you hand clients a routine without becoming another system that holds their records.
No identifying fields saved
The name you type appears on the printed or emailed sheet and stays in the browser session. It is never sent to our database. Saved regimens are labeled by date only.
Separate data for every office
Database-level access rules keep each office’s products, settings, and regimens visible only to that office.
Automatic logout
Sessions end after 15 minutes of inactivity, so a shared front-desk computer is not left open.
Anonymous scan tracking
QR reorder scans are counted without recording who scanned them.
Infrastructure
Protocol Builder runs on established cloud providers with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and managed, access-controlled databases. Billing is processed by Stripe, so we never handle card numbers.
